Work is continuing at the Glasgow Museum of Transport, which has been designed by world renowned architect, Zaha Hadid.
The contract was awarded to Evans by BAM Construct and involves the design, manufacture and installation of paving and skirting units made in light acid etched grey precast concrete at several entrances to the new museum that is currently being built. Evans is also manufacturing three staircases, one of which is curved, from architectural finished concrete.
Work is due to be completed Autumn 2009.
