Derbyshire based Evans Concrete has been awarded a contract for landscaping work at an innovative office development in London.

Evans, manufacturers of bespoke pre-cast concrete, will be carrying out the design, manufacture and installation of re-constructed stone retaining walls, cladding panels and associated copings for the new FC200 building at the First Central business park, in Park Royal.

The contract, worth £330,000, has been awarded by construction group Bowmer and Kirkland, on behalf of London & Regional Properties, and is currently in the design stage. 

The building is due for completion in summer 2007 and will comprise of over 160,000 sq ft of top quality office space, which occupiers can customise and adapt to suit their needs.

First Central is set to become one of London’s top international business parks, with over 1.2 million sq ft of office space set among 45 acres of gardens with a lake, nature reserve, piazza and hotel.
